QUALIFICATION
- • 7+ years experience in textile/garment production management
- • Strong leadership and team management skills
- • In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control
- • Experience with production planning and scheduling
- • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
- • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field
- • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
